  1. To request a refund, go to My Orders → Request Refund in the app or contact customer support.
  2. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  1. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  2. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exceptions


  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Shopparx error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  2. Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, clearance items) are not eligible for refunds.
