Return Policy

At Shopparx, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return Policy explains how returns are handled.


1. Eligibility


  1. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  2. Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, clearance items) are non-returnable.


2. Process


  1. To initiate a return, go to My Orders → Request Return in the app or contact customer support.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping or drop-off.


3. Refunds


  1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Shopparx error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Exchanges


  1. If you prefer an exchange, you may request a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to availability.


5. Exceptions\


  1. Products damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition may be rejected.
  2. Promotional or clearance items may not qualify for returns.
