1. Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, clearance items) are non-returnable.
2. Process
- To initiate a return, go to My Orders → Request Return in the app or contact customer support.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping or drop-off.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Shopparx error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange, you may request a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to availability.
5. Exceptions\
- Products damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition may be rejected.
- Promotional or clearance items may not qualify for returns.
